Designed to the highest standards and easy to install our self assembly units are perfect for the more industrious clients that want to take an active role in the conversion of their vehicle.
The technology
We use industry standard software to design our units which, guarantees quality and precision for every self assembly unit that leaves our workshop.
Assembly and materials
Furniture grade 15mm birch ply units hand built In-house, each unit is laminated in 0.8mm laminate supplied by brent plastics.
The birch edges are on show and treated with oil, which gives this design a very strong and hardwearing characteristic above other designs and only weighs an extra 15kg over using lightweight ply.
Colours
There are hundreds of colours and designs to choose from. The colour wheel is merely indicative of some of the range on offer.

Other considerations
This kit is for a SWB T4 or T5. Other kits can be built if you are willing to bring your van to us at custom conversions in Brighton.
The kit can be delivered in a flat pack and will take about a day to assemble and install, we can also install any unit to a ready prepared van free of charge as each unit is pre-checked and assembled before delivery. All edges that meet the van have been scribed so that they fit with minimum adjustments, you will need to make holes for cables, the worktop is cut to fit the smev/domestic sink and hob but it can be left as a solid sheet if you prefer.
As each unit is made to order there is a waiting list and lead-time so please do get in touch before purchasing. Units start from £1200.
